General Contracting

Civil, structural and finishing works for government, residential, commercial and industrial clients.

We manage the full construction scope: site preparation, concrete and steel structures, masonry and finishing. Site teams report to a single project manager accountable for safety, quality and schedule.

Aluminium profiles, steel doors, frames and cable trays produced in our own factories.

Because we make our key materials, we control lead times and quality on every project. Our factories also supply contractors, fabricators and distributors directly.

Supply & Installation

Windows, curtain walls, louvers, doors and cable containment installed by trained in-house crews.

Installation crews work from the same drawings our factories use, so what arrives on site fits first time. Every installation is inspected and documented before handover.

Operation & Maintenance

Planned maintenance for facades, doors and building systems that keeps them performing for years.

We offer annual maintenance contracts covering inspection, adjustment, sealant renewal and replacement of worn hardware.

After-Sales Service

A dedicated team for warranty claims, spare parts and modifications after handover.

One contact point handles warranty requests, spare parts and modifications. We keep project drawings on file so changes are quick and accurate.
